21-year-old East Flat Rock man charged in shooting

Henderson County sheriff's deputies charged a 21-year-old man with assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday after responding to a report of a gunshot victim in East Flat Rock. The shooting victim was transported by EMS to Mission Hospital.

Following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division Violent Crimes Unit, Patrick Wayne Pauley, of East Flat Rock, was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Describing the shooting as an on-going investigation, the sheriff's office said it had no further information.
