Meet Lightning 'ground crew' Friday

Come meet associate editor Amy Beddingfield McCraw and AskMatt columnist Matt Matteson and me, Hendersonville Lightning founder and editor Bill Moss, at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, at Lightning headquarters, 138 Joel Wright Drive, at South Park Plaza at Greenville Highway.

As many of you know, Elizabeth and I are moving from Hendersonville to Boise, Idaho, later this month. Amy and Matt remain here as part of the "ground crew" while I will continue to work as editor of the newspaper and website from afar.

Stop by and visit. We'll talk about old times, the present time or what's ahead for the community and the Lightning's coverage.
