Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development President and CEO Brittany Brady (center) has been recognized as a 2025 North America’s Top 50 Economic Developer.
Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development President and CEO Brittany Brady was recently recognized as a 2025 North America’s Top 50 Economic Developer.
This annual recognition honors outstanding economic development professionals who are nominated by their peers in both the economic development and site consulting industries. Nominees are selected for their exemplary leadership, innovative strategies and measurable impact in building thriving communities, according to a press release from the partnership.
Brady was officially presented with her award during the ECONOMIX event in November, hosted by Consultant Connect in Lake Nona, Fla.
“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to lead economic development in my hometown,” said Brady. “It has been an honor to be a connector and convenor of economic activity in Henderson County the past 15 years, and I am grateful for the people I serve alongside with.”
Brady holds a master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She credits her family and predecessors for her inspiration and support throughout her career.
“While the work has never been easy, it has always been rewarding. As long as I continue to see my energy and efforts making a real difference — and the work remains challenging and engaging — I am content,” Brady said. “I remain committed to doing the work I love and constantly striving to do it even better.”
The goal of the partnership is not just to grow the local economy, but to do so in a way that improves quality of life for all citizens. The partnership exists to help create high-paying, quality jobs by bringing in companies that provide those opportunities, and then offering support and resources to existing businesses who employ citizens of Henderson County. The partnership’s role is to connect companies, people, information and opportunities, sometimes even remove barriers, to allow this to happen, according to the partnership.
Consultant Connect, a consulting agency dedicated to bridging the gap between economic developers and site location consultants, announced its 2025 list of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers in the spring.
