Carolina Village seeks rezoning for 60-unit residential building
Carolina Village is expanding again.
The the popular life-care community in Hendersonville is seeking a rezoning of 94 acres to Urban Village Conditional Zoning District to accommodate a 60-unit multi-family independent living residential building on three acres of the existing Carolina Village campus, Hendersonville city planners announced. A neighborhood compatibility meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, in the second floor meeting room of City Hall, 160 6th Ave. E. Other details of the plans were not immediately available.
