DOT awards contract for Dana bridge repair

DANA — The N.C. Department of Transportation has awarded a contract for improvements to the bridge over Saconon Creek on Stepp Mill Road in Henderson County. The project includes grading, drainage, paving, installing a retaining wall and retrofitting the existing structure, which was built in 1958.
