Car show Sunday benefits Special Needs baseball

FRUITLAND — The Hendersonville Antique Car Club and Special Needs Baseball organizers Chat Jones and Donnie Jones are holding a fundraiser from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 24, at Puncheon Camp Creek Ranch, Bub Hyder's western town replica.

The event features antique cars, face painting and farm animals including longhorn cattle. Special Needs baseball players will be on hand as well. Admission is a requested a donation of $5. All proceeds benefit Special Needs Baseball.
To get there from U.S. 64 East turn left on Fruitland Road (toward North Henderson High School), go 3 miles to a four-way stop, then take Old Clear Creek Road 2.4 miles to Rhodes Road. Look for a pair of very tall longhorn steer statues on the left.
