Arts Council gets $34,000, Playhouse $78,000 in state grants

The Henderson County Arts Council received $34,264 and the Flat Rock Playhouse received $78,500 from a pot of $7.1 million in grant money the North Carolina Arts Council distributed through its Grassroots Arts Program.
