City police arrest man on child exploitation charges

Hendersonville police detectives and agents with the Department of Homeland Security arrested an Arden man after an investigation involving child exploitation.

Detectives charged Johnathan Cody Alexander, of Arden, with solicitation of a child by a computer to commit an unlawful sex act resulting in an appearance at a meeting location, and dissemination of obscene material to a child under 16. Mr. Alexander was taken into custody without incident and was jailed at the Henderson County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
