Investigators get ID of stolen credit card users

Henderson County sheriff’s deputies say they now know the identity of two suspects who used a credit card stolen in East Flat Rock at a Wal-Mart in Marion after publicizing surveillance video from the store. After media outlets published the photos, people notified the sheriff's office to report who the men were, sheriff's spokesman Johnny Duncan said in an email Tuesday morning. Detectives "will obtain warrants for their arrest very soon," he said.

On June 6 a credit card was stolen from a vehicle in East Flat Rock. Later that morning at 5:18 a.m. and 5:54 a.m., the stolen credit card was used twice by the pictured suspects in the two vehicles at Bojangles on Upward Road. Approximately two hours later the stolen credit card was used at the Marion Wal-Mart.
