Infections rise to 145
The number of Covid-19-related cases in Henderson County grew by 16 cases on Wednesday while the death count remained at 13, the Public Health Department said. The increase in confirmed infections, to 145, came after no increase in cases for two days.
Henderson County is offering a live-stream update to citizens once a week. The next update will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 28. A replay link will be shared on the county's Facebook (Henderson County, NC Government) and YouTube (hendersoncountync) pages. The update will include information regarding the COVID-19 situation within Henderson County, along with a Q&A segment. County officials will address as many email questions during the Q&A segment.
