McCrory names Ross to landscape board

Hendersonville landscape company owner John Ross has been named to the North Carolina Board of Landscape Architects.

Ross is the president and CEO of Hendersonville-based John Ross Inc. He attended Wofford College. Ross will represent the interest of the public at large. The board approves exam candidates and issues permits and licenses to landscape architects. The term length is four years.
Gov. Pat McCrory's office announced the appointment on Friday.
