Fatz Cafe marks a peachy birthday

Fatz Cafe is going back to its peach roots to celebrate its 25th birthday.

In 1988, Fatz Cafe was born in a converted roadside peach shed in Spartanburg. Today, that same southern family hospitality is served up daily at 47 restaurants across five states.
As part of the 25th anniversary, guests will have the option to order off a special menu, which includes a Peach Sangria, a Summer Salad with peaches and other specialty items like Fatz's original 1988 recipe for Southern Style Fried Mushrooms. The staff will also be donning special attire including includes an apron showcasing the history of the restaurant.
Fatz Café's Hendersonville location is in the Henderson Crossing (Bi-Lo) shopping center on Four Seasons Boulevard.
