Temp agency to fill 58 fulltime jobs

Friday Staffing will interview candidates for 58 fulltime temporary jobs in Western North Carolina during a career fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at the Friday Staffing Arden office at 1944 Hendersonville Road in Asheville.

The temporary, full time positions are for jobs at WilsonArt and Continental. WilsonArt is a national company that has over 50 years of history manufacturing high quality laminate products and Continental is a global leader in automotive manufacturing. Representatives from both companies will be at the Friday Staffing career fair to meet with interested candidates.
Pay rates will vary based on the position and experience level, but are generally $10-12 an hour to start. Both placements offer steady schedules. Continental has 12-hour shifts available and WilsonArt has 10-hour rotating swing shifts, offering 15 days off a month.
Both WilsonArt and Continental job sites are conveniently located near U.S. 25 and I-26 in Fletcher.
Jobs include assembly line and plating positions, machine operators, material handlers, shipping and receiving and forklift operators.
