Trump endorsement of 'MAGA Warrior' Edwards fails to mention Helene

U.S. Rep. Chuck Edwards on Monday won an endorsement prized above all others as filing approaches for his re-election campaign.

Yet, whatever functionary in the comms shop drafted the plaudits failed to localize: the endorsement doesn’t mention Hurricane Helene relief, a colossal task that would presumably have become Edwards’s No. 1 priority since last Sept. 27.

For what it’s worth — and, actually, in a Republican primary, it's worth a lot — here’s Trump’s hosannah for the second term representative and resident of Flat Rock:
