The facilities will be located on Henderson County Public Schools’ property at: Sugarloaf Elementary School, 2270 Sugarloaf Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792, and Dana Elementary School, 690 Ridge Rd, Dana, NC 28724. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Sugarloaf Elementary School, 2270 Sugarloaf Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792. Interested bidders shall provide bid packages by 3:00 PM July 1, 2026, to the Henderson County Public Schools Maintenance Shop, located at 246 Education Dr, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
