Bridge Center offers beginners class starting Feb. 22

The Hendersonville Bridge Center starting Tuesday, Feb. 22, is offering “Beginning Bridge,” a 10-week course of classroom sessions with plenty of pre-prepared hands to help enforce learning.

For those players who have completed the Beginner Course, or for those players who want to improve their game, a 10-week “Play of the Hand” class will begin in March. The Bridge Center meets at the Whitmire Center at Toms Park, 310 Lily Pond Road. For more information about the class offerings and to register, contact Debi Fabian at debi@fabianbridge.com.
The Hendersonville Bridge Center is the largest bridge club in Western North Carolina. It is currently operated by manager Nick Weedman and directors Debi and Steve Fabian, Denise Gambone and Richard Butrovich.
The center currently hosts American Contract Bridge League sanctioned games on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as well as a newcomer game on Tuesdays. All games start at 12:30 p.m. Bridge provides a way to meet new people, make new friends and spend time with old friends. The Bridge Center is committed to the health and well-being of all players and while masks are optional, all players must provide proof of vaccine to play.
The Bridge Center also provides lessons, clinics, and games for people of all levels. Whether they are just learning the game, played Bridge many years ago, or play regularly now, the Center has a program designed for each of them. For more information visit http://hendersonvillebridge.com.
