Developer seeks city OK for 282 dwellings on North Main

Hendersonville city planners will host a Neighborhood Compatibility at 2 p.m. Nov. 17, on a rezoning request to allow a 282-unit multifamily residential development at 2065 N. Main St.

William Ratchford of Southwood Realty Company, PT Green Family Partnership, Green Holdings LLC and Hickory Realty Fund are requesting to rezone 17 acres from R-20 Low Density Residential and PCD Planned Commercial Development to PRD CZD Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District for the project.
