Minnesota investors to break ground on $80M warehouse project on McMurray Road

A Minnesota investment company plans to break ground this week on the Blue Ridge Commerce Center, an $80 million industrial/warehouse development made up of four buildings and 654,216 square feet of Class A space on a 65-acre site on McMurray Road.
