City man charged with sexual exploitation of minor

Detectives with the Henderson County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit charged a 25-year Hendersonville man with felony sexual exploitation of a minor on Tuesday after the sheriff's office received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding possible child sexual abuse. Christyan Alexander Garretson faces 10 counts of felony third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was jailed at the Henderson County Detention Facility under a $80,000 bond.
