Here's the holiday closings for county services

All Henderson County local government offices, agencies and the Henderson County Courthouse will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 through Wednesday, Dec. 27, in observance of the Christmas holiday.

The Henderson County transfer station and convenience center will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Dec. 26.  They will resume regular operating hours on Wednesday, Dec. 27.

All branches of the Henderson County Public Library will be closed Monday, Dec. 25, through Wednesday, Dec. 27.  All branches of the public library will resume regular operating hours on Thursday, Dec. 28.

The Henderson County Animal Shelter will close on Saturday, Dec. 23, and reopen on Wednesday, Dec. 27. 

All Henderson County parks are open 365 days a year. The delivery of emergency services will not be disrupted during the holiday hours. All Henderson County offices and agencies, and the Henderson County Courthouse will resume regular operating hours on Thursday, Dec. 28.
