The voter said she knew nothing about the candidates for School Board. The Lightning to the rescue!

That same day, the Lightning posted extensive coverage of a School Board candidate forum at BRCC that featured six of the 10 candidates running for the job, including five of the six Republicans competing in the March 5 primary for four available seats. The four Republican nominees will face four Democrats in the Nov. 5 general election.
