Youth Job Fair is today at Biltmore Church East
The NCWorks NextGen Youth Job Fair will take place 4-6 p.m. today at Biltmore Church East, 801 Fairview Road, Asheville.
Geared toward young people 16-24 years old, the fair will focus on after-school job opportunities, summer jobs and career pathways and post-secondary education and training and opportunities.
More than 20 employers and educational partners are participating including Advanced Superabrasives, Anderson Automotive, Asheville Hotel Group, Aston Park Healthcare Center, Bojangles, Brumit Restaurant Group, Buncombe County, Christine Avery Learning Center, City of Asheville Youth Leadership Academy, Four Seasons Care for Life, Goodwill of Northwest NC, Ridgecrest, Subway, YWCA of Asheville and more.
There is no charge to exhibit, and it's free for the students. For more information visit www.mountainareaworks.org.
