Hendersonville firefighters were battling a fire that set three homes ablaze at 384 King Creek Boulevard Wednesday morning, the city said.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. the fire department responded to a structure fire call off Spartanburg Highway. Upon arrival, firefighters worked to put out the fire at the house initially called in and others on either side that had caught fire. There are no reported injuries to the public or public safety staff. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
