Peace Poles are international symbols of hope and reconciliation. With these installations, the Rotary Club of Hendersonville affirms its commitment to fostering peace locally and globally.
“The Rotary Club of Hendersonville is proud to install these Peace Poles within our community,” club President John Connet said. “The poles are not meant to be political statements; they are meant to remind the community that we should all strive for peace on earth. Rotarians are people of action and promoting peace is a core value of our organization. We encourage all Hendersonville residents to show a little grace in this chaotic world."
