Andrew Yost and Brittany Jade Webb were charged with multiple counts of drug trafficking after detectives conducted a search of a home on Alabama Avenue.
Henderson County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people on Wednesday after receiving multiple complaints of drug selling activity and calls for service drug-related overdoses at a home at 320 Alabama Ave., the sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's Advanced Criminal Enforcement (ACE) team with the assistance of the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections executed a search warrant at the residence near Osceola Lake that resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, ecstasy, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. ACE detectives charged Andrew Yost and Brittany Jade Webb charged with possession of schedule II and schedule I with intent to distribute, felony possession of schedule I drugs, maintaining a dwelling with controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Yost, 39, remained jailed on Friday on a $35,000 bond. Public records did not show Webb, 34, as an inmate currently.
