Henderson County sheriff’s detectives on Tuesday charged a 22-year-old man with impersonating a law enforcement officer and operating blue lights to cause stop or yield the right of way, the sheriff's office said, advising that here may be additional victims in the Western North Carolina area.
The suspect, Rodrigo Barrera-Lozada, is known to operate a dark in color Hyundai Elantra with functioning emergency lights. He was being held on Wednesday in the Henderson County Detention Center under an $8,000 bond.
