Dillon Bear Brezner Paulus
A special crimes against children squad charged a 40-year-old Blythe Street man with six felony counts of exploitation of a minor on Wednesday after they executed a search warrant at his home.
The Henderson County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force with the assistance of Department of Homeland Security Investigations charged Dillon Bear Brezner Paulus, of 668 Blythe St., with three counts each of third-degree exploitation of a minor and second degree exploitation of a minor. Paulus was arrested without incident and was in custody Thursday night at the Henderson County Detention Center. He is charged with possessing and duplicating videos showing girls 8-12 and about 5 years old engaging in sexual activity.
The Henderson County ICAC Task Force is made up of investigators from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office and Hendersonville Police Department. The squad is dedicated to their pursuit and apprehension of predators who exploit and abuse children. Guided by compassion for victims, driven by vigilance against those who seek to harm them, committed to the pursuit of justice, and with unwavering courage, they stand united in defense of the innocent.
Sheriff Lowell Griffin and Chief Blair Myhand expressed their gratitude to local and federal partners for their assistance in this investigation.
