Local man faces 20 charges involving child sex-abuse videos

A 34-year-old Henderson County man faces 20 charges of possession and sharing of Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM) showing minor children, some under 5 years old, the Henderson County Sheriff's Office said.

The Henderson County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the SBI last week arrested Jeffrey Todd Queen, of Jesse Lane in Edneyville, following an investigation into his alleged possession and copying of CSAM. He is charged with 10 counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor and 10 counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor. Queen was arrested without incident and jailed in the Henderson County Detention Center under no bond. The incident was part of an on-going investigation.
The Henderson County ICAC Task Force is made up of investigators from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and Hendersonville Police Department dedicated to the pursuit and apprehension of predators who exploit and abuse children.
