Co-op celebrates grand opening with new brew

The Hendersonville Community Co-op will celebrate the opening of its new store on Wednesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony, the announcement of a craft beer created for the grand opening and the unveiling of the Sunflower Project Tables painted by local artists for the deli seating area. The event starts at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, which is also Earth Day.

Southern Appalachian Brewery created an organic Session IPA beer, a nice balance of barley, oats hops and yeast. There will also be live music from local  artists, samples from throughout the store, tours and the drawing for a RUNA TEA bicycle.
