SylvanSport anchors Brevard industrial building

The Transylvania Economic Alliance breaks ground Friday on industrial building anchored by SylvanSport.

The Transylvania Economic Alliance will hold a groundbreaking celebration this week for a state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility designed to support quality job creation in Transylvania County.


The Ecusta Road Industrial Project will be anchored to SylvanSport, the fast-growing outdoor gear company headquartered in Brevard. A vacant 30,000-square-foot shell will also be available for other existing or new companies.
The groundbreaking is at 2:30 p.m. Friday at 200 Welcome Street in Brevard. Event parking will be available at the nearby Brevard Community Church, 417 Morris Road, due to on-site construction activities.
