The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fletcher teen after a report of a threat made through social media against Rugby Middle School on Sunday.
Hunter Scott Aly, 17, was arrested Sunday and been charged with making a false report concerning mass violence on educational property and two counts of communicating threats. Aly’s bond has been set at $9,000. A first appearance was set for today in Henderson County District Court.
