FLETCHER — LongHorn Steakhouse will officially open its newest restaurant at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, adding to the options on Airport Road's restaurant row.
The restaurant will celebrate the opening with a “lasso cutting” ceremony on opening day at 2 p.m., where one special guest will mark the occasion by cutting into the restaurant’s very first legendary steak.
Located at 560 New Airport Road, the 5,660-square-foot restaurant will seat more than 180 guests and will be led by Joseph Bennett, as managing partner. The restaurant opening will add more than 60 jobs in Fletcher, including servers, cooks, bartenders and more. Interested applicants may apply online.
LongHorn Steakhouse uses its very own signature seasoning blends that are specially created to complement specific cuts of meat and the way they are grilled. Each restaurant features cooks specially trained in the art of grilling – and they’re the experts in selecting the right cut of steak, boldly seasoning and grilling to each guest's taste.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen recently opened on the highway, joining Chili's, Olive Garden, Culver's and others.
