Deputies seek missing man who could be a threat to himself

A 54-year-old man who is missing could pose a threat to himself, the Henderson County sheriff's office said.

Henry Grady "Hank" Dowling III has been entered in the state crime information network as a missing person from Henderson County. It is believed that Dowling could pose a threat to himself based on text messages to family members on Tuesday morning. Dowling was last known to be operating a 2006 Toyota Tacoma pickup with license tag ABJ-7079. His destination or direction of travel was unknown. Anyone with information about the location of Dowling was asked to contact the Henderson County Sheriff's Office at 828.697.4911
