Jewell Clontz Orr

Jewel Clontz Orr, 79, of Hendersonville gained her wings and flew to Heaven on February 11th, 2017. She was a founding member of Sugarloaf Baptist Church, she was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved her Lord and Savior and loved to tell everyone about Him. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Theodore Orr, her father Norman Clontz, her mother Cecil Sanford Clontz, her 3 sisters Patsy Moore, Libby Woody, and Helen Ann Rhinehart, her brother Denny Wayne Clontz, a daughter Wanda Kay Orr and a grandson Kasey Charles Orr.

She is survived by her 3 daughters Diane Orr Morrow, Maryalice Galloway & husband Mike, and Martha Orr Pruitt & husband Sidney, and her 2 sons Charles Edward Orr & wife Roxy Van-Sant Orr and Dean Orr & wife Vickey. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren John Paul Cabiness, Thomas Matthew Orr, Timothy James Orr, Sarah Marie Pruitt, Michael Aaron Orr Galloway, Bethany Elise Pruitt, Sabrina Van-Sant Orr, Kayla Van-Sant Orr. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren Bently Michael Pruitt, Carter Mason Pruitt and Rose Marie Boaz.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 17th at Sugarloaf Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Jackson Funeral Service.
