Amy Harris
Amy Harris, an aviation industry professional with more than 13 years of airport leadership experience, has been named chief financial officer, at Asheville Regional Airport.
Harris’ financial career spans 25 years in both public and private sectors and several industries. During her aviation career Harris has managed the financial aspects of large capital programs and capital funding sources, all of which support the mission, vision, and values of the organizations she has served.
Harris currently serves as the financial planning and analysis manager for Charlotte Douglas International Airport. During her tenure she has been a financial subject matter expert on interdepartmental teams and a speaker at various airport industry conferences and is a founding member of the Charlotte airport's Women in Aviation organization.
Harris has an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
