A developer's plan for 15 duplexes on Old Spartanburg Road is the subject of a neighborhood compatibility meeting at 2 p.m. Monday, April 5, in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
The city received an application for a conditional rezoning from David Lee, Troy A. Lee, President of TMFL Consultants Inc., and property owners Karen Davis, Robert Pace, Terrell Pace, William L. Pace III and Alice Pace Darnell to rezone the subject property at 2201 Old Spartanburg Road from Henderson County R1 to city of Hendersonville PRD CZD, Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District. The applicants plan to build 15 duplexes with a total of 30 dwelling units on 5.3 acres, city planners said. The vacant land is valued for tax purposes at $80,000.
