Deputies arrest eight, seek 11 more in hot merchandise for fentanyl ring

Detectives with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office along with loss prevention teams from the Home Depot, Lowes and Wal-Mart conducted an investigation into retail theft involving a criminal enterprise that led to the sale and distribution of fentanyl in Henderson County.

During the investigation detectives were able to determine that Anna Morrow was receiving stolen retail property from the big box stores in exchange for fentanyl. Through extensive investigative work detectives were able to identify 19 people who were involved in this criminal enterprise.

On Wednesday, March 16, detectives initiated “Operation Caught Red Handed," a large-scale warrant service involving those associated with this criminal enterprise in and around Hendersonville. During the operation detectives located and arrested eight people for felony conspiracy to commit retail theft and recovered more than $30,000 in stolen retail property and are looking for 11 more they said were involved in the theft ring.

• Robert Jaburg - $12,000 secured bond
• Jesus Mancillas - $12,500 secured bond
• Carmen Cagle - $3,000 secured bond
• Lindsey Rowe - $8,000 secured bond

• Anna Morrow, charged with felony continuing a criminal enterprise, possess/receive stolen property, possession of stolen firearm, four counts of possession of firearm by felon x 4.

• Wanted on charges of felony conspiracy to commit retail theft are Noah Ray Shipman, Austyn Lloyd Heatherly, Hannah Nicole Laughter, Randolph Joesph Wallen Jr., Mary Hester Gilliland, Jimmy Clifford Sullivan, Tony Kenneth Cagle, Daniel Hamm, Joshua Stephen Mosley, Kimberly Ann Ward and George Quinton Wingo.
