Apple Festival catches spirit of '76

This year’s North Carolina Apple Festival is catching the Spirit of '76.

The new logo, designed by Martha Phillips and NC Printing and unveiled Wednesday, commemorates the festival's 76th anniversary and its theme of “Apple Spirit in 76."

Pre-sale T-shirts emblazoned with the 2022 logo will be available during the Henderson County Visitor Center and Henderson County Parks & Recreation Fourth of July Celebration starting at 5 p.m. The festival will feature the logo on its T-shirts, which will be printed by NC Printing, and other merchandise offerings.
