The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who broke into a home on Little River Road and assaulted its occupant.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. on Sept. 7 off Little River Road near Camp Pinnacle, according to a press release from the sheriff’s department.
The burglary suspect is described as a white man, 5-feet-9-inches tall with an average build. He was wearing a long-sleeved dark grey shirt, dark pants and a blue baseball cap with white lettering on front.
Sheriff’s investigators believe the suspect traveled on foot.
