Pardee resumes Walk-In Wednesday hiring event

UNC Health Pardee this week is resuming Walk-In Wednesdays, an open house hiring event from noon to 5 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.
The event takes place in the orientation classroom on the first floor of Pardee Hospital, located at 800 N. Justice St. in Hendersonville. The first event this week focused on — but was not limited to — filling certified medical assistant vacancies; candidates will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews for the open positions.

“At Pardee, we believe in building a culture where every teammate feels valued, supported, and inspired to make a difference," said Teresa Medlin, human resources administrative director. "We want people to choose Pardee—not just for a job, but for a meaningful career surrounded by a team that truly cares. Walk-In Wednesdays are a chance to experience that culture firsthand and see why Pardee is such a great place to work.”

While the first open house is focusing on CMA roles, the events are open to all candidates interested in Pardee as a career destination. Pardee’s recruiting team will be available to speak one-on-one with individuals to answer any questions, help with applications and explain more about what it's like to be part of the Pardee team. The next Walk-In Wednesday events will be held on Nov. 5 and Dec. 3. For more information, visit pardeehospital.org/walkinwednesdays.
