Investigators release identity of human remains found near Walmart

Investigators this week identified Leslie Cross Hall, a 69-year-old female, as the person whose skeletal remains were found earlier this month off Highlands Square Drive. There was no evidence of foul play, the city said in news release.
Hendersonville Police Department officers began an investigation on Nov. 18 after human skeletal remains were located in a wooded area off the drive that leads to the Walmart Supercenter in town.  A medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death. The State Bureau of Investigation is helping with the full recovery of the remains.
