Henderson County deputies arrested three people and are seeking the alleged grower after they executed a search warrant and found 54 pot plants growing at 6413 Bearwallow Mountain Road in Gerton.
HarderThe search was conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into drug activity at the residence, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release. Narcotics detectives seized the 54 marijuana plants in various stages of growth, seized assorted drug paraphernalia and a weapon and charged three people with possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were still seeking suspect Andrew Braymern Harder, 25, of the Bearwallow Road residence. Harder, described as 5-10, 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, faces charges of manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance.
