Park Ridge marks demolition of theater

Park Ridge Health officials and community leaders marked the start of work on a medical campus with a "demolition ceremony" as crews began to clear the old Four Seasons Cinema on Seventh Avenue for medical offices.

Park Ridge plans a "significant outpatient medical campus" on the site, Jason Wells, vice president of physician services at Park Ridge Health, said in a news release. Park Ridge bought the $3.25-acre parcel of land in June for $1.8 million.
