Planning agency seeks input on transportation plan

The French Broad River MPO is taking public input on a 25-year regional transportation plan update.

To view the MTP 2040 draft plan visit http://www.fbrmpo.org/metropolitan-transportation-plan-mtp/. The public review period lasts until 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.
In Hendersonville, people can review the plan and ask questions and make comments from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Rhythm & Brews concert at the Azalea parking lot on King Street between Third and Fourth avenues.

The French Broad River MPO Board is scheduled to take up the MTP plan for adoption during its regularly scheduled meeting at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
