Henderson County sheriff's deputies charged a 35-year-old man with multiple drug felonies after executing a search warrant at Cedar Bluffs apartments on Thursday.
The sheriff's office SWAT and Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at 40 Cedar Bluffs Drive, Apartment G, in Hendersonville. Detectives seized methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms and a firearm, the sheriff's office said in a news release.
As a result of the search warrant, Dustin Yates Harrill was arrested and jailed under a $72,000 secured bond. Harrill is charged with:
Possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine)
Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule II (methamphetamine)
Possession of Schedule I (psilocybin mushrooms)
Maintaining a Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance
Possession of Firearm by Felon
