Detectives seize drugs, firearms and stolen 4-wheeler in Edneyville bust

Henderson County sheriff's deputies seized eight firearms, methamphetamine and a stolen 4-wheeler and charged two residents with multiple drug felonies after executing a search warrant at a home in Edneyville.

 

The Henderson County Drug Task Force detectives with the assistance of the sheriff's office crime suppression unit seized eight firearms, methamphetamine, a stolen Polaris utility vehicle reportedly stolen from Georgia and drug paraphernalia, the sheriff's office said in a news release. The seizure came as the result of a search warrant of a house at 42 Peaceful View Trail in the Edneyville. Detectives arrested Allard Brigman and Karen West as a result of the search warrant.


Brigman was jailed under a $92,500 bond and chargdc with eight counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

West, who was jailed under a $6,500 bond is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
