Runaway found safe

Authorities are seeking Amaya McCarley, missing since Monday night.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said a 14-year-old girl who went missing Monday night was found safe Tursday morning.

Amaya McCarley left her home on Pleasant Grove Church Road in the Etowah community around 9:30 p.m. Monday, June 29.
