Charlie Messer's funeral service to be Tuesday at WHHS

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, in the West Henderson High School Auditorium, for Charlie Messer, the long-serving Henderson County commissioner who died Friday at the age of 66.
