Teresa Cantrell Roberts, 40

Teresa Cantrell Roberts, age 40, of Hendersonville died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Mission Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born in Henderson County on May 13, 1974 to the late Stanley and Anna Burns Cantrell.

Teresa enjoyed working in her flower gardens, traveling, going to the beach, and cooking. She loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was employed with Mission Hospital as a CNA for many years.

She is survived by her husband, with whom she spent 15 wonderful years, Paul Roberts; her three children, Tricia Swabe and her husband, Noah, Michael Ward, Stacy Ward; her four grandchildren, Natalie, Scarlet, Walker, and Cadence; as well as by her three sisters, Tammy Howard, Cindy Rivers, and Christy Cantrell.

The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday February 22, 2015 in Thos. Shepherd’s Church Street Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Saluda City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thos. Shepherd & Son Funeral Directors, 125 S. Church Street, Hendersonville.
