Pardee announces Mountain Medley triathlon

Housing Assistance and Mainstay, along with Pardee Hospital, are excited to offer the Mountain Medley Triathlon Saturday, Sept. 8, at Camp Green Cove at Lake Summit in Tuxedo.

The Mountain Medley Triathlon begins at 9 a.m. and includes an 800 meter swim, 6 miles of off road mountain biking and finishes with a 10k run. The Mountain Medley Lite Triathlon, for novice competitors, will begin at 2 p.m. and includes a 400 meter swim, 5k off road mountain bike section and finishes with a 5k run.
Proceeds from the Mountain Medley Triathlon will benefit Housing Assistance and Mainstay. Registration is now open for both events with a discounted rate of total entry for those who participate in both. For more information and to register online, visit MtnMedley.com.
